"Topsail at the Beach" offers INCREDIBLE beachfront views! We own the oceanfront lots directly in front of us, ensuring your views of the ocean are expansive and UNOBSTRUCTED. Our private walkway over the dune provides easy access to the beach and ample bench seating for those times you wish to comfortably enjoy the beach, "sand-free".
"Topsail at the Beach" features 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 gorgeous full baths, a well-stocked kitchen, and immaculate living and dining areas with amazing ocean views. We comfortably accommodate a group of 10 with a maximum of 8 adults.
The spacious primary bedroom suite takes up HALF of the first floor, and offers a private beachfront deck. A king-sized bed, 55" flat panel TV, gas fireplace and two master closets provide comfort in your "home away from home" , The gorgeous master bathroom has a spacious shower alcove with dual shower heads, and a separate whirlpool bath. Two separate vanities, a private water closet and extensive tile and woodwork provide the beauty, room and privacy you expect in a luxury accommodation.
A hallway separates the master suite from the other wing of the first floor and contains a washer and dryer, an alcove stocked with children's games and leads to an ocean view family room with bath. Luxurious leather furniture, a 55" flat screen TV and a modern bathroom provide for your comfort while in the family room. At night, the moon's reflection over the water is framed beautifully from this room.
A Queen bedroom on this level also has a flat screen TV and shares a beautiful Jack and Jill full bathroom with the Bunk room. The bath has a double vanity that is separate from the water closet/shower/bath area. The tile and woodwork in the bathroom is remarkable! The bunk room offers two sets of bunks (four twin beds) TV, and more games and books for the kids. This arrangement provides a perfect connection to the kids, but with ample separation for everyone's privacy.
Another King bedroom is located on the main (top) level, and provides views of both the Sound and ocean. As with the other bedrooms, it also has a flat screen TV. This bedroom is a perfect place for grandparents while vacationing with their grown children and grandchildren. The remaining bath (across from bedroom) continues the theme of incredible craftsmanship with the same quality of tile, woodwork and gorgeous fixtures as found throughout the rest of the home.
With granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry, the kitchen is a welcoming place to prepare tasty family meals. All of the dishes and cooking utensils necessary for preparing that perfect meal is provided for you. NO detail has been left out in this dream kitchen! The dining area (seats 8) and offers SPECTACULAR ocean views! An additional 3 seat bar stool table is only steps away from the dining table.
The upper deck is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the still of the morning. The sound of the waves lapping the sand, the stars fading as the sun begins to rise....it is just one of the most beautiful moments you will have while you are here! We look forward to our mornings, where we are greeted by a glorious sunrise. It is wonderful to watch the fishing boats go out in the morning; and if you really watch, you will notice that the dolphins aren't far behind them! The upstairs deck is also a terrific place to star-gaze (we saw two shooting stars in one night!). Be sure to enjoy the cool of the evening from the warmth of the upscale 6 person hot-tub... a bedtime ritual you will hate to leave behind with vacation!
The living room has a comfortable leather sectional with built-in recliners. In addition, two separate recliners provide ample space for all to enjoy. A 55" flat screen TV with surround sound, HD DVR and Blu-Ray DVD player is flanked by built-in bookcases that house a children's movie library and books for the grown-ups. A gas fireplace completes the comfort of this room.
Stunning views of the ocean can be seen from every angle in the kitchen/ dining/ living area of our home. The custom woodwork throughout the house includes tongue-n-groove wood ceilings in every room. Custom wood beams on the main level enhance the uniqueness of this wonderful home. All flooring throughout is solid oak, travertine and tile. Ceiling fans are enjoyed in each bedroom. The craftsmanship in this home is second to none; you will be hard pressed to find a more beautifully built home on Topsail.
Outside, two paved driveways with covered carport provide ample parking. For your convenience, there is a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. A built in bench, shower caddy, mirror and towel hooks provide all you need to wash away the sand and sunscreen from a day at the beach!
A spacious screened porch with comfortable seating leads to your private salt water swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request at an extra charge and offers multiple seats and surface levels for the comfort of all swimmers.
Recreation opportunities abound in Topsail, whether you like to kayak, surf, fish, jet ski, para-sail, bike, run or golf (Coastal Carolina's only four-star golf course, 'North Shore Golf Resort is close by), it's all here! Also, you may want to try a few of our favorite places to eat: Topsail Beach Shop & Grill, Beauchaines 211, Surf Dog (great casual local restaurant with daily specials), Shaka Taco, Margarita's Mexican Grill & Bar, New York Deli for the best omelets, and superb sandwiches/salads, and Rick's Sports Bar in Sneads Ferry (everything is good), as well as Riverview Cafe (favorite of locals for seafood), Sears Landing at the Surf City Bridge (all meals are great but breakfast is best).

Private swimming pool is open late March/first of April to 1st of November. Pool is heated upon request during cooler months for an up-charge.
