Summary: The room was located on the first floor, which meant that it was extremely loud. We could hear every conversation and music from the bar next door. They did provide earplugs, but this should we looked into and adjusted. There was a window in our bathroom that could not be closed, so that meant no matter what--we could hear the music coming in. The bathroom door also did not close all the way, which allowed sound to travel. The floors were cement, so the sounds echoed from all over the hotel. The blinds did not close all the way, so the room was never dark and you could see the lights outside shining in. The hotel bed was extremely low to the ground as well. Difficult to get in and out of.
