Summary: The apartment was clean and the cleaning service worked great. The staff knew almost no English at all'. Not even the people at the front desk. Quiet area. You have to get around on a scooter, which can be rented opposite the resort for 200 baht/day. I got a big electric shock from my own swimming pool and had to go to the hospital for observation. After this, the hotel offered some fruit and they avoided me, trying to avoid responsibility for the incident.
