Positive: Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Negative: Hidden charges (albeit a very small amount) are never a good thing. They always leave a bad taste. I work in the tourism industry and hidden charges no matter how small, will always affect the trust factor of any business.
