Summary: Hotel is very tired! Shabby in places. Staff don’t seem that motivated ( with a couple of exceptions). Therefore it is very quiet here. Unbelievable for a 5 star hotel to only have a sports bar as evening dining option. Clubhouse reached only be shuttle and again no ‘nice’ dining option. Reviews are mainly poor and sadly I agree. Rooms very tired ( phones don’t work, carpets/curtains seen better days. Just feels empty and sad. Would not return or recommend to clients ( retired tour operators). Shame, it could be better. This should not be marketed as a 5 star product. It is far from it.
