Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good breakfast with lots of varieties. Staff at the reception were very helpful. Arranged for taxi to bus station promptly.

Negative: Staff at hotel restaurant were very unprofessional. I ordered fish curry without spice but was mistakenly served spicy fish though we were the only customer in the restaurant. Aloo paratha containing green chilly was changed and charged by "mistakes". Fish was billed more than that on the menu card from INR 450 to INR 750 saying the chef cooked a more costly fish. While checking my bill, staff was informed of all above mistakes but responded very rudely instead of apologising for their mistakes. Even Manager supported those unmannered staff who work in a "mistakenly manner".

Summary: Nice and clean hotel.
