Positive: Have stayed here before and this time was as enjoyable. We had the same room which has a view of the pool ad over the Lagoon. Comfortable room area with AC. TV in room with good wifi signal. Separate Kitchen area with everything you need if you self catering. Safe offstreet parking behind gates. I found the bed comfortable iwth enough bedding ( but wasn't needed in the hot weather). Knysna is experiencing water restrictions so only use of shower allowed although it does have a bath tub. The host is a very friendly lady.
