This exclusive gated community offers private beach access, ocean views, and abundant wildlife—just a short drive from the surf at Playa Guiones and the restaurants of Nosara. Guests can enjoy yoga, massages, private chef services, and grocery delivery arranged by our team before or during their stay.
THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT CASA BLANCA
A 4x4 vehicle is required for access, as the maintained dirt road is not suitable for low-clearance cars or golf carts.
Internet is provided via Starlink, which generally performs well but may experience interruptions during heavy rain.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
