Positive: Conveniently located.

Negative: Allocated most front room near the main road. Lots of revving of vehicles near the main road at night. Noisy and affected sleep. Moreover, on Monday, there was a garbage truck and food delivery van that stopped outside our unit from about 5 am and left the engines on all the time for about half an hour each.

Summary: Reasonable but overrated
