This townhouse is perfect for families, featuring 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, renovated kitchen and bathrooms and the ideal balcony to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean vista.
208 Marine Parade is split over 2 levels with the lower level featuring 3 bedrooms - two with queen beds and the third bedroom with 2 king single beds, all with ceiling fans.
There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms (master with ensuite) and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is also a private grassy courtyard, and heaps of storage space for surfboards, pool toys and everything you could need for a great beach holiday!
The upper level features a relaxed and comfortable living area, including spacious loungeroom with two separate seating areas. Relax with a book, or watch a movie on the smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi provided.

Summary: Great house, perfectly located across from beach and surf club. Well equipped, generous bedrooms and living space, perfect for a family. We ate on the front balcony every night and enjoyed the ocean views and breeze. Will definitely come again.
