This expansive home of 360 m² spreads across two levels connected by an inner courtyard, with independent entrances for added privacy. Sleeping arrangements include spacious doubles, flexible twin rooms that can be converted into doubles upon request, and additional sofa beds in the three elegant living rooms. A special note is that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed through the courtyard, while another bedroom is located in the attic, adding unique charm and character to the layout.
The villa features two fully equipped kitchens and a kitchenette, each thoughtfully stocked with premium appliances including espresso machines, dishwashers, ovens and ample dining space.
