The home is situated in Hyland Park on the banks of Deep Creek, in a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking, or paddling distance to the beach. It has a very stylish, relaxing feel to it, and has a large, elevated entertaining area overlooking the water. The master suite contains ensuite and a fully equipped kitchenette. Views of the river can be enjoyed from the bedroom, sunroom, lounge and kitchen - which also has windows which fold away and acts as a servery directly onto the entertaining area.
Enjoy fishing and catching mudcrabs directly in front of the house or use the kayaks and enjoy paddling up the creek to the beach. There is also a footbridge which crosses from Hyland Park to Valla for that morning coffee and yummy cake.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated in every room, excellent kitchen and patio area. Our family loved feeding the fish and using kayaks everyday. The perfect accommodation to unwind, relax, fish, kayak and drive to local beaches nearby. Will certainly recommend this stylish, humble abode to family and friends.
