Lisäksi olohuoneessa on yksi vuodetuoli. Keittiön pöytä on 10 hengelle. 4 huoneessa on TV. Talon läheisyydessä on Cafe Pispala ja Pispalan Pulteri, joissa et takuulla jää nälkäiseksi. Ruokakauppaan on 700m. Bussipysäkit ovat 150-300m päässä. Ratikkapysäkki 700m. Talon vierestä kohoavat Pispalan rappuset ja näköalat ovat hekumaaliset.
