Summary: We celebrated my birthday at the Villa and the staff was wonderful. The villa was decorated with Balloons and happy birthday signs, they even gave me a little gift. There was 10 of us and only 2 staff members (1 cook & 1 housekeeping), probably a little understaffed. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and each bathroom has all the necessary amenities (very much appreciated). Before our arrival Jenna (property manager) coordinated with me and put together an itinerary for us. Wonderful. We did have some water issues (ran out of water), which is why I only gave it 3 stars. The problem was fixed fairly quickly, however then there was hot water issues due to running out of water. I do recommend this Villa and encourage you to make sure to plan your meals ahead of time, so they can take care of the shopping ahead of time. And lastly, the pool was cold, beautiful, but cold.
