Summary: Resort was beutiful, room super nice, service really polite while arrival. But when we needed help with not functional toilet, they just not were there…. Called reception and after hour called again - we were about to go out for dinner and needed to walk 200m to use toilet. Eventually while leaving we met the service people outside and things were fixed. Reception promised to follow up but nothing. I wrote them a message but nothing. Paying 170€/ night in Thailand this is not the service you get.
