Summary: This hotel is located in walking distance of many of the Mysore sites like the Palace and markets. There are several streets around the corner with shops and vendors, so it's a very vibrant area. Our room overlooked a church. We saw monkeys and black ibises from our windows. Hotel is basic but clean, with a very attentive staff. The manager was especially helpful in helping us get taxis for a couple of excursions. They don't have an in-hotel restaurant, but can deliver coffee and food from a nearby restaurant, which was tasty and affordable.
