Welcome to The Aspendale Coastal, a welcoming beachside retreat located in Melbourne's beautiful bayside suburb of Aspendale. Perfect for families and groups, this comfortable home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy a coastal getaway.
As you enter the home, you'll find two spacious bedrooms on the main level, along with the main bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower and toilet.
The inviting living area offers a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a Smart TV for enjoying your favourite movies and shows. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area provides a lovely setting to gather and enjoy meals together.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable king size bed, private ensuite and a dedicated study desk and chair, ideal for guests needing a quiet workspace.
Step outside and enjoy two outdoor entertaining areas, conveniently accessible from the kitchen and dining area. Complete with a TV, heating and and a fridge. These areas are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the fresh air or spending time with family and friends.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
There is no garage access for car parking. Garage is still accessible but not for car parking.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
