Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. The interior was very warm, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and the reception staff were also very friendly. At a (relatively)reasonable price, it is a great place to stay for 1–3 days when visiting Santa Claus Village.

Negative: On the second morning, I requested room cleaning, but the bedding and towels were not cleaned at all. Additionally, there was no running water from the bathroom sink, which made it impossible to properly brush my teeth or wash my face. I understand that this may have been due to a mistake or misunderstanding, but it was clearly a serious issue. If this situation is related to the property’s policy, I believe it should have been clearly communicated to guests in advance.

Summary: Generally pleasant stay, but with some issues worth mentioning..
