This large double story home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate living areas up and down stairs. With a huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with a coonara wood heater and reverse cycle heating and cooling.

With decking areas to the front and rear of the house, views over the Golf ranch and glimpses of the water.

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen 7 days prior to arrival. Beds can be made up for an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
