Summary: Overall a pleasant stay, comfortable bed, complimentary early check in after my long flight which was a plus and help with my bags was appreciated. However, a few things could have been improved. The shower was lukewarm and I couldn’t seem to get it any hotter, the pool area had a lot of spiders webs, the glass balcony needed cleaning/repairs and the pool was very cold considering the weather in Bangkok. I also tried to get the free shuttle to Phaya Thai but the wait was so long I gave up and just walked instead. Other than those minor things it was a comfortable stay for a few days.
