Calculation is made basing on water and electric meters on day of check-in and checkout. Payment should be made in cash on the day of checkout.
Water is 40 baht per unit and electricity is 4.5 baht per unit.

All the common facilities are controlled and managed by the management company (defects of the common facilities can be fixed only by the management company). We are not responsible for working capacity of any common facilities of the condominium project.

(3) Not to make any alterations or additions to the apartment without prior consent in writing of the host.
(4) Not to assign nor sublet the apartment or any part thereof without prior written consent of the host.
(5) Not to do nor permit to be done on the apartment anything which may be a Nuisance or interference with the quiet enjoyment of the neighbor apartments by their occupants.
(6) Follow all the rules of the condominium.
(7) To keep no pets within the apartment.
