This house has it all! Just a short walk to the ocean, easy beach access and parking. Southern Shores is a delightful town, centrally located, close to Duck, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head. Bike ride to restaurants in Duck or lounge at home by the pool. Gorgeous pool has a brand new liner and salt water, with an option to heat. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a third shower in the garage. WiFi, two TVs, huge primary bedroom suite with room for an air mattress and pack and play. The large laundry room also is spacious enough to accommodate an air mattress. 3 bedrooms on the main upper floor contain a king sized bed and two queen beds. The fourth bedroom, on the lower floor, is perfect for kids, with bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a twin sleep sofa in the game room, adjacent to the kids’ bedroom. A pack and play, high chair, and booster seat is in the primary closet for your use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker.
Two surfboards, one skim board, one boogie board, one SUP, three fishing rods, one tackle box, four bicycles, two bags of golf clubs, one stroller, and one large cooler are in the garage. If you have questions, please ask. We just bought this house and we’re new to the whole rental process. We are a firefighter and teacher, with two kids, and a lifelong dream of having a beach house.
