Summary: Had an amazing stay - we were upgraded to a private cottage which was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nalinee, Joy & Yui, who helped my husband with his knee injury throughout the trip. Room service was amazing as staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!
