Positive: Nasir is an excellent host ready to help you and give nice clever advices. The boat is big, very comfy with a typical Kashmiri lounge with traditional furniture and carpets where you can easily chill. The room is big with an attached bathroom and hot water He can provide breakfast very yummy The city centre with the lake is just in front of you ( only 5 minutes walking) I liked my chats with Nasir. He is a good man I double highly recommend his boat house New Minar
