Positive: Unfortunately the pictures are very misleading and there wasn’t a lot to like about this accommodation except that it was spacious and easy walking to the beach (10-15 mins). Perhaps if we booked a more expensive room it would’ve been better but for the peak season cost already, we expected much more. The highlight was not spending much time in our room or expecting to sleep in because we wouldn’t have got it.

Negative: We had a street facing room and the traffic noise was relentless, all day and all night, not even ear plugs could block it out. The room was dirty, our towels were stained when we arrived and there were ants found all over the room. The bed was just 2 king single mattresses pushed together but not even properly so we couldn’t sleep next to each other for the whole 3 nights because of the uncomfortable gap. The staff are loud downstairs from before 7am which when you’re on the first floor upstairs wakes you up and they don’t really care. Overall I’m sure there’s better places to spend your money in Ao Nang.
