Salmon fishing spots next door and skiing services of Ylläs ski resort are still very accessible (distance about 50 km). Boats and outboard motors can be rented from the owner, a smaller sauna cabin is available for an additional fee.
10 km to the south from Kolari municipality center, located on the bank of river Muonionjoki in a peaceful location. Beach is deep and at natural state.
