This fabulous, spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished three-bedroom condo located in the luxurious "Island Vista" resort building, is privately owned and offered for private vacation rental, owner direct (not through the resort management company), and has been designed with every attention to detail and enjoys breathtaking direct, unobstructed oceanfront views. The condo has been fully redecorated in 2023 and newly finished with hardwood flooring throughout. The condo benefits from a beautiful high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, white shaker cabinets, full size modern stainless steel appliances and every convenience a cook could want. The condo offers upgraded flat screen TV's wired cable channels and a Roku stick to enable access to guest Netflix, Disney plus Hulu etc accounts.
The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, comfortable armchair, a luggage rack and chest of drawers with a 48'" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The master en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious jetted tub, a separate double-sized power shower, vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels. The second bedroom suite also offers a plush split-king size bed (which can be converted to two singles for those who prefer it) complete with luxury pillowtop mattresses and luxury 600 thread count bamboo linens, a built in closet, chest of drawers, elegant armchair, luggage rack and a 46" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The second en-suite bathroom is also fully tiled and has a tub/shower combination, built-in hairdryer, vanity unit with granite counter all supplied with top quality luxury extra thick and fluffy towels and a WC. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with luxury mattresses, fine luxury bamboo linens, built in closet, chest of drawers, luggage rack, 42" LED HDTV, again with internet capable blu-ray player. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, built-in hairdryer, luxury extra thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.
The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, Mr Coffee coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. The main living/dining area is extremely spacious and luxuriously furnished with a queen sleeper/sofa with an extra thick memory foam and gel foam super comfy mattress, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and TV consul with 52' flat screen LED HDTV and internet capable blu-ray player, and a 12 seater dining table and chairs. The living room opens to a very large balcony enjoying unadulterated and uninterrupted oceanfront and views and is equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, rocking wicker relaxer chairs with coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. The resort offers a fabulous, award-winning full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast and dinner right on site and the beachfront spa services (by appointment at reception) and fabulous pools are just amazing. There is also a seasonal Tiki Bar and Pizzeria serving food and beverages all day. The host provides a private luggage cart in the condo for guests to use, pool towels etc to provide replacement convenience for private guests unable to use the management company items.
