Summary: We fully understand that it is an old hotel we stayed at, so you could definitely see the usage of the hotel from time and wornness… when you entered the hallway, and more specifically the assigned room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke - as if it was in the ventilation system… :( In general the cleanliness was OK, but felt very superficial/done quickly. The reception could not assist with getting cabs / pickups, only provide numbers we could contact ourselves. Did not use the Spa, but it looked beautiful! The gym on the other hand, was very old and too tight for the amount of equipment that was there - even though the selection of equipment was very narrow … The staff was super nice and kind, asking and attentive. It is a big hotel, and i guess very family friendly!! Had a waterpark, indoor pool, and many more activities - but we did not attend those. All in all was OK, but we would not come again
