M-city is a newly built apartment complex with two levels of the commercial shopping centre and two parking levels. The apartment is designed to be suitable for people who require special needs. Guests with an electric car can charge it right at the M-city shopping centre complex. Everything is within walking distance, from food, entertainment, fitness, pharmacy, medical centre, and beauty services, located at G&Level 1.
The elevator goes to the apartment floor, with no steps, only ramps. It is suitable for families with small children or the elderly. The building is accessible throughout.

It has twin King ensuite rooms (king-size beds 200cmx220cm), a sofa Double bed in the living room with 3 single air mattresses, and baby cots - suitable for various sleeping arrangements for family/group at affordable price when travelling to Melbourne. Sofa bed and air mattresses can be easily open at night and close up in the morning.
