Positive: * The upgrade of Chalets * The Aquadome Facilities * Casino staff were friendly * Ice cream at Wimpy and the new I Scream place was reasonably priced & efficient.

Negative: * The bar at Aquadome could have had a better selection of cool drinks & not run out of Pepsi. * Wimpy could have closed a little later than 5pm on a Sunday * Mozambik staff could be more attentive to their customers & should have name tags , so there is no confusion. ( A person of Zanele was assigned to help us, yet the person who the Mozambik staff called Zanele , was actually Lizzy) , If the staff doesn't know what's going on , how do you expect customers to know. * Mozambik menu should have been more accurate, If you only have the option of having your meal with rice or chips, the menu should say so. Just look at Starter selection (Livers , Trinchado, Calamari etc) all those items have roll written on it , but yet you don't get because it's rice or chips. * If there's going to be someone to check our rooms , to ensure we receive our Chalet deposit back , then we should been told by Sheldon( person who checked us in)., I was told wait 5 minutes for this process , but ended up actually waiting for more than 15 minutes ( I got to the airport late). I mean Sheldon had even had to call person to check units 14&18 twice .. Imagine staff not being to get a hold of each other.
