Summary: Room was very small for the price point. Expected larger more comfortable rooms for the deluxe King diva room. King bed and the shower was excellent however. Rooms lacked toiletries. In attempt to be sustainable risks feeling cheap and stingy. Steam room, sauna and pool was great. Staff were mixed. A few were helpful but most felt unhappy in their jobs - like they didn't want to be there. Felt like they were being made to stick to a script Bar staffing is a problem, maybe lack of numbers. Waiting for service whilst bar tender is delivering food we ended up leaving.no drinks .menu at the bar. Seemed inefficient.
