Positive: I liked staying there, it felt like home. Because there were rooms available, the staff has upgraded my booking for a deluxe room and that was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room is big, and the view on Ooty is superb. Wifi was excellent, it was important for me in this trip. Additionally, having hot water for shower was a pleasure for me! Location is good.

Negative: That's detail...the kettle was not working, and maybe overall maintenance (refreshing needed in the room)
