Summary: Brisas del Valle was an amazing stay! Before I even checked-in, they reached out to me in regard to my stay and made sure I was ready for my trip. The property itself is tucked away in the Tierra Santa part, of Valle de Guadalupe. I arrived and checked-in and they were super friendly and welcoming. My Spanish isn’t great, but they made sure I understood the process. They sent info on the room via WhatsApp. The room is super nice with big windows and a small kitchen. I did bring food to make for one of the nights. The property itself is beautiful surrounded by vineyards. We received breakfast each morning and the restaurant is nearby, maybe 5 minute stroll and when you’re walking through vineyards it’s really nice. The restaurant is called Don Tomas and it’s its own property. At the very least, if you don’t feel like going always from Brisas, you can eat there. I want to thank the entire staff at Brisas and especially Evelyn for making this stay a very nice one! Feliz Año Nuevo!
