Summary: This hotel was so so. Communications were seamless, they sent a driver to pick me up and check in was a breeze. So far, so good. However, the housekeeper never replenished the toilet paper, which obviously isn't ideal. And on one of the two days I was there, the staff forgot to place my breakfast order even though there was only one other customer at the restaurant, so I ended up going diving without breakfast. In their defense, the staff gave me a croissant for the road, which was nice, but that still doesn't excuse them completely dropping the ball. Location is good, in the heart of Sairee and right on the beach. Room is on the smaller side. Shower struggles to produce hot water. Breakfast when served, is mediocre. The mishaps are a shame, as this place has potential.
