Summary: The Hotel Ambience is great but I suggest it requires renovation. The rooms look quite rundown and outdated compared to other similar class properties. The curtain of our room No 423 was torn and that gave a very unpleasant look. We also had the experience of meeting 2 cockroaches in the Room. We complained and requested for change of Room that was done immediately. Otherwise staff was very pleasant, well trained on hospitalitity, and the food was Good.
