Positive: Julia was very friendly and went over and beyond to help. I wanted to send a parcel to the UK. Not only did she recommend a cheaper alternative but personally turned up to direct our driver when he wasn't able to find their offices. She also recommended our driver Francis who once again was very helpful and friendly. This is my first time not boarding in a hotel and has some reservations but happy to say this became our home from home.

Negative: I would have been happy to pay for additional daily cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen.

Summary: Good value for money, friendly and adequate facilities.
