Positive: friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. The food was also nice and very reasonable. The spa, oh goshhhh it was the best

Negative: my experience was let down by a basic issue — no hot water since Friday till Sunday. After a long day of travel, I expected to enjoy a warm shower, but the water was consistently cold. I reported it to reception. It’s a small detail that made a big difference to my comfort. I really think something should be done
