Summary: The room was very basic and poorly maintained, looking old and outdated. While it appeared clean at first glance, I did notice a small cockroach, which was disappointing. The worst part of the stay, however, was the check-out experience. Reception called me twice on the morning of check-out, starting at 10:00 am, in a very rude manner, insisting that I leave by 11:00 am at the latest. When I went down at 11:00, there was a huge queue, as many guests had clearly been asked to leave at exactly the same time. It took around 40–45 minutes just to check out and receive the deposit. This situation could easily be avoided with better organization. Guests should not all be pushed to check out at the same time, allowing a staggered window (for example between 11:00 and 12:00) would greatly reduce queues and unnecessary inconvenience.
