Summary: We have been repeat customers since 2006 however our recent stay will be our last. There is no one manning the reception desk anymore, you have to check in using an electronic kiosk which wasn’t working correctly at the time. The phone number that was listed for assistance rang out 3 times and on the 4th attempt the operator was not able to fix the problem. Luckily a staff member finally appeared that was able to retrieve our booking manually. You can no longer leave your luggage prior to checking in or after checking out as there is no reception. The furniture in our apartment was falling apart. It has been 15 days since we left and we are still waiting for our $100 holding deposit to be released to us. I rang the establishment and I was informed that it can take up to 10 days after check out for the funds to be released. I was told to just wait and the funds would be released eventually. It’s a pity that I now have to go to my bank to have the funds that should have been released at least 5 days ago, released. This establishment used to be a great place to stay, it’s sad to see it go downhill.
