Positive: The hotel location is excellent! It is just off Pai walking street, which is so ideal but also not noisy. Also just across from the hotel, is an Otteri laundrette which is really convenient. The pool is so lovely, we chose a swim-up room which is definitely worth it. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, robes and slippers provided as well as snacks/drinks which are topped up daily. The staff were very helpful and polite. We extended our stay here as we loved Pai so much (wish we could have stayed even longer). The breakfast was good, we mainly ordered from the eggs and pancake bar, as this felt a lot more fresh than the other buffet options which are prepared earlier in the morning.

Negative: Some of the breakfast options could be improved, as they didn’t always look very freshly prepared. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee rather than from a machine and also other milk alternatives to cow’s (oat, soy). The shower in our room was not very hot and limited pressure. These wouldn’t put me off booking again though, as the highlight for us were the pool and location!
