Positive: The house is well located in the quiet suburb of de Kelders, opposite the sea. It enjoys beautiful sea views from all bedrooms and living rooms. Attention has been paid to the small details which add to the high level of comfort we enjoyed - amazing sheets and bed linen, a-c in the bedrooms if you need it, coffee machines and pods, shower caps and toiletries - I could go on. We also chose to have someone clean the house every day which elevated the stay to feel like a hotel experience. We both enjoyed meals out at the great nearby restaurants and cooked at home. We had some fun excursions like a walking tour of the nearby caves and a sunset boat trip down the Klein River. It was a relaxing and indulgent experience, far nicer than being in the bustle of Cape Town or even Hermanus over the high season. Highly recommended!

Negative: Perhaps one more lounger or some seated comfortable chairs for the decking and a gas BBQ would have made it even more perfect.
