Welcome to Ruka, 22 km north from Kuusamo. Log row house residence, built in 2016, apartment area 58 m² and 10 m² of it is located on the loft (full height mode). There is also 7 m² lower (height 160 cm) area on the loft. Ruka village (Western Ruka) 3 km.
Combined kitchen (fully equipped) / livingroom with sofa, armchair and fireplace. Downstair bedroom: separate beds for two. 2nd floor: sleeping alcove with 2 separate beds. Open loft with a bed (135x180cm).
Shower, sauna (electric heater), 2 x WC (on both floors).
Storage space in all sleeping areas. Blackout curtains in the bedroom and sleeping alcove. Air source heat pump for cooling available free of charge for bookings which start or end during period 15th June to 15th August.
6 m² glassed terrace. 4 m² woodshed/ski storage. A modern, cosy apartment in peaceful Kesäjärvi-area. Services in walking distance, for example grocery shop and safari services about 1 km distance from the apartment. Cross country skiing tracks very near. Nearest ski lift Talvijärvi, nearest restaurant Rukatonttu. Excellent apartment for families and couples. SkiBus 20 m.

The resident must read the cottage folder of the apartment.
